Granulation process of polyacrylamide gel production technology for sewage treatment

QUANSEN polyacrylamide, referred to as "PAM’’, widely used in various water treatment, chemical sewage PAM, coal washing PAM, washing sewage PAM , mining PAM, food PAM, livestock wastewater PAM, urban sewage PAM, printing and dyeing PAM wastewater, papermaking wastewater PAM, etc., and application in the papermaking retention and filtration aid, papermaking dispersant, oil field oil displacement, agriculture, forestry and water retention agent, etc.

PAM production process is mainly to add catalyst into liquid raw material, then raw materials began to polymerization and increasing temperature, the end temperature according to the different formula, generally will not exceed 90 ℃, to the finish time can't more than 3 hours.The liquid material becomes sticky at the beginning of polymerization and slowly becomes a solid gel.


For solid gel granulation, different manufacturers have different granulation processes, including twin-screw extrusion granulation, single-screw extrusion granulation, and rotary knife granulation, etc. QUANSEN chose the single-screw granulation process after 21 years of research on thegel granulation process.This process has the domestic and foreign advanced production technology, has the production speed to be quick, the granulation particle size small and fine powder is few, the granule is easy to dry, the granule uses the dispersant to be few, the operation is stability and so on the advantage, the fastest achieves 5 tons of colloidal granule per hour.
