【Dosing way】

The way the potion is added

The dosing should be done by gravity and pressure. No matter which dosing method is adopted, the dosing equipment should be set up from the solution pool to the solution pool and to the liquid liquid. The common liquid lifting equipment is metering pump and water ejector.

1. Gravity throw

Gravity is used to put the agent in the pump suction pipe or the suction hole of the water absorption well, and the pump impeller is used to mix.

2. Pressure drop

Use water pump or water ejector to put the agent into the original water pipe, which is suitable for the agent to be put into the pressure pipe, or need to be put into the water purification structure with higher elevation and distance.

3. Pump feeding

Pump feeding is to lift the liquid in the solution pool into the pressure pipe, which is enhanced by directly adopting metering pump and acid resistance.

Polyacrylamide before use generally need to be made into standby 0.1% ~ 0.5% of dilute solution, it is best not to store too long to make good solution, the concentration range of solution needs to be further diluted before use as 0.01 ~ 0.05 solution, the reason is that can be more ribs in the flocculating agent in the dispersion in the suspension system, can reduce the dosage, but also can obtain better flocculation effect.

【Dosage analysis】

1. For sludge dewatering, it is recommended to mix with a concentration of 0.2%, and the stirring time shall be put into use for 50 minutes.

2. During the experiment, 100ml of waste water was taken, and PAM solution was slowly dripping with syringe, about 0.5ml each time. The most suitable agent was determined according to the size of alum flowers, the density of flocs, the clarity of supernatant, the sedimentation rate and the dosage.

3. Applicable to pharmaceutical factory, leather factory, printing and dyeing sludge, chemical sludge, paper factory, sewage treatment plant, etc., with 10-20g of dry powder added to ton of wastewater.

【Using principle of QUANSEN ACPAM 】

The use of polyacrylamide should follow the following principles:

1. Powder polyacrylamide flocculant cannot be directly added to sewage.It must be dissolved in water before use, with its water solution to treat sewage.

2. The water of dissolved granular polymer should be clean (such as tap water), not sewage. Normal temperature water is ok, do not need to warm commonly.When the water temperature is less than 5 ℃ dissolve slowly.Over 40 ℃ temperature increase the dissolution rate is accelerated, but can make the polymer to speed up the degradation, affect the use effect.Ordinary tap water is suitable for the preparation of polymer solutions.Water with strong acid, strong alkali and high salinity is not suitable for preparation.

3. For the selection of polymer solution concentration, it is recommended to be 0.1% to 0.3%, that is, 1g to 3g polymer powder is added to 1 liter of water


1. When used, it is extremely important to effectively disperse the product in the water, otherwise it will lead to the aggregation of dispersants and the production of "fisheye", and the dissolution time will increase. 

2, use warm water can accelerate the dissolution rate, but the temperature is too high, lead to the thermal degradation of polymer chain, viscosity will be affected, the average water temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.

3. Using stirring can help dissolve, but stirring too violently can break down the long chain of dispersing agent, and it is better to adopt ship type propulsion.

4. The water solution should not be stored for more than 48 hours, otherwise the viscosity will be reduced and the effect will be affected.
